Well, Friday night I was using it and it just stopped working...the power light comes on, but nothing else works. :( Of course, customer service isn't there on weekends (and I was out of town yesterday) so I had to wait until this morning to call. The lady's computer was down so she has to call me back when it's up and running. I'm crossing my fingers they are going to send me a new one. Thank goodnes for warranties, and mine is up next month!
