Gone Fishin'

This weekend Todd decided he wanted to take Garrett over to opening weekend at Warden Lake. We stayed the night at my mom's (let's just say the kids slept MUCH better than we did...). Andy (my stepdad) headed out really early, and Todd and Garrett followed at about 7:30 or so. Mom, Lauren and I decided to go check out the yard sales in Moses. All I got was some clothes for Lauren, Mom didn't end up with a lot either, so we called it a day at about 12:00. When we got back to Mom's the boys were all back already (Andy caught two, Garrett and Todd none) so we hung out for a bit and then headed home. The minute we got in the car, Garrett started begging to go fishing again, so Todd finally decided to take him out to a little park where they allow kids to fish in the pond. He caught two fish and LOVED it! He was so mad when Todd threw the first one back so we decided to keep the second. Garrett wanted to eat it until he tried it, then quickly changed his mind!
